Monthly Happy Hour

HAPPY HOUR



The Desert Sharks gather once a month, on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (or thereabouts).

Join us for good food, good drinks, good friends, and great music! At each Happy Hour, members and guests meet and greet, are informed of any club announcements, and participate in a 50/50 raffle!

Membership applications are available at each Happy Hour, as well as at the link to the left.

Walk to End Alzheimer's

October 31, 2020

This year we plan on doing a walk at Brandi Fenton Park.  We will meet at an empty lot across from Brandi Fenton Park on Dodge going south just left of the bridge. We enjoy a social distancing tailgater afterwards. Everyone brings their own chairs and libations.

Time: 9:00 a.m.


We know Jimmy’s father had Alzheimer's.  I’m sure we all know of some one who has this unforgiving disease.

Chef for a Day 2020

The Desert Sharks provide one meal per quarter for the families at Ronald McDonald House.

If you would like to assist with a meal rather than host, contact the hosts to determine if they still have room on their team. RMDH policy is no more than 12 people in the kitchen. 

Bike Trail Cleanup

NEXT CLEANUP DATE:

Saturday, October 24

7:30 a.m.

We have a contract with Tucson Clean and Beautiful to clean up the bike trail near Dodge and River once a month at Brandi Fenton Park, 3482 E River Road. Stay for breakfast after. Please note that trash bags, gloves and picker uppers are supplied and we pick up trash for only an hour.

Our new meeting place is the empty lot on the left just south of the bridge on Dodge Road. 


Please bring your own libations as social distancing rules are still in effect.
